The Administrative Services Department is responsible for providing full transparency and accountability to the City Council, City Administrator, and residents of Kemmerer with the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with state and federal laws. We are also responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, human resources, sanitation sign-up and billing and city records.
In compliance with the Affordable Care Act (ACA), city employees’ 1095 Form for the 2025 tax year is available upon request by the employee.
This form provides information about the health insurance coverage offered to employees by The City of Kemmerer.
