Mission Statement

In partnership with the community, the Kemmerer Police Department will strive to provide services based on excellence that ensure a safe and secure community. The department is responsive to the needs and problems of the community and will meet these needs by providing efficient, professional, progressive and effective services with a high level of integrity and the highest ethical standards.

The Code Enforcement Division functions primarily to investigate and enforce pertaining to offensive/excessive weed growth, and the storage of trash, junk, junked/abandoned vehicles located on private property, and other nuisance ordinances outlined in the City Code.
