Kemmerer/Diamondville Water and Wastewater Joint Powers Board provides water and
sewer service for its residents and businesses. Pacific Power provides electric
service to all areas and Wyoming Industrial Gas provides natural gas to the
communities. The infrastructure in the City of Kemmerer has capacity for
population, as well as commercial and industrial growth. Rates are available for
comparison purposes from the South Lincoln County Economic Development
Corporation or from the local utilities.
