Tynskys are happy to provide you with a chance to dig your own fossil fish. The price is $55 per person. You are allowed to keep ten of the fish that you find. You will not be allowed to keep anything rare. Your tour will begin at the Lewis's Ranch House. The Ranch House is on County Road #331, the turn off for CR #331 is approximately 1/4 of a mile before Fossil Butte on the left hand side of the Cokeville Highway, approximately 12 miles from Kemmerer. A guide will meet you at the Ranch House and take you up to the Quarry, where you will be given 2 hours to dig fish. At the end of your tour you will be able to pick out the ten best fish to take home.
